We designed our basic home budget for those who do not want the frills and lace that comes with the family home budget. We believe that personal budgeting and personal spreadsheets should be tailored to meet the needs of the individual. Some personal budgeting software tends to be complicated; but with our personal spreadsheet, you have 12 tabs (one for each month), to plan, budget, and record all of your income and expenses. Each tab being broke down into Income, savings, and expenses. Also included on each tab is a summary of that months activities. Our Basic Home Budget works in three different ways to help you in achieving your financial goals in life.

Personal budgeting should be more then just the crunch of numbers on a spreadsheet. It should be able to give you useful information. Our personal spreadsheet has at the bottom of each month, two cells. (See picture below) These two cells will tell you the month and amount of your lowest planned bank balance from that month until the end of the year! You will never have to worry about low bank balances sneakingt up on you again!
